RED COW INSTANT FULL CREAM MILK POWDER IS MADE USING ONLY THE HIGHEST QUALITY FRESH COWS MILK FROM THE LUSH GREEN DAIRY PASTURES OF AUSTRALIA. THIS PRODUCT HAS ONLY THE WATER REMOVED FROM THE FRESH MILK AND IS GENTLY SPRAY DRIED TO PROTECT THE DELICATE AND PREMIUM TASTE OF FRESH MILK DELIVERED FRESH DAILY TO BONLAC'S WORLD CLASS FACTORIES. THIS IS TO SUBSTANTIALLY IMPROVE ITS DISPERSING AND RELIQUIFICATION CHARACTERISTICS. LECITHIN, A WETTING AGENT DERIVED FROM NATURAL SOURCES, IS ADDED TO COAT THE POWDER PARTICLES AND COVER THE FAT ALLOWING THE PARTICLES TO DISPERSE MORE READILY. THE PRODUCT IS FREE FLOWING, FREE FROM HARD LUMPS, CREAM IN COLOUR, CLEAN FLAVOURED AND READILY SOULBLE IN COLD WATER.
RED COW INSTANT FULL CREAM MILK POWDER CAN BE USED FOR MOST RECIPES REQUIRING WHOLE MILK AS AN INGREDIENT AND ALSO IN THE PREPARATION OF CAKE MIXES, MILK DESSERTS, ICE CREAM, CONFECTIONERY, CHOCOLATE AND BEVERAGES.
RED COW UHT (LONG LIFE) MILKS
RED COW UHT (LONG LIFE) MILKS ARE EXTREMELY CONVENIENT AND RETAIN THE SUPERIOR FLAVOUR OF FRESH MILK. WITH THEIR 9 MONTHS SHELF LIFE, THEY ARE IDEAL FOR EXPORT WITHOUT REFRIGERATION.
SKIM MILK AND WHOLE MILK ARE MIXED TO A UNIFORM BLEND AND A FAT STANDARD IN A CLEAN SANITISED MIXING VAT. THE MILK IS SUBJECTED TO ULTRA HEAT TREATMENT OF A MINIMUM 132°C FOR ONE SECOND AND THEN COOLED. THE MILK IS THEN ASEPTICALLY FILLED INTO TETRA PAKS, BEING HIGH TEMPERATURE PROTECTED AND PACKED UNDER STERILE CONDITIONS. THE SPECIAL PACK SEALS IN THE GOODNESS SO THE MILK STAYS FRESH WITHOUT REFRIGERATION.
